Therefore, each class will focus on training each of these aspects of body conditioning. Secondly, we will also train various attacks, counter attacks and methods of defense ranging from basic to advanced levels of combinations using punches, kicks, knees, throws / take downs, etc. This class will not focus on BJJ style submissions and/or ground fighting. Lastly, this class with emphasize practical application of learned techniques and training a calm fighting mind through one on one sparring sessions in each class. All skill levels of martial artists are invited to join if you are of the mind that you are looking to learn and train with other eager martial artists. This is not a place for people to come and flex their egos.
